Johb Croce

John hails from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he graduated from Saint Joseph’s University, and went on to receive a master’s degree in Kinesiology from West Chester University. John was employed as a strength and conditioning coach in the NHL and NBA for 7 years. After moving to Naples 13 years ago, John became a highly regarded personal trainer at Bonita Bay Club, Vineyards, and Quail West. In 2018 he accepted a position as the Director of Parks and Recreation for Ave Maria.

Outside of his career in fitness John has long held a passion for real estate, holding real estate and community association licenses for many years. John enjoys helping people achieve their goals whether in fitness or real estate with expertise in building and maintaining relationships through his diligent work ethic, in depth knowledge of the industry, and upbeat personality.

Joining John in his team at Gulf Coast International Properties is Kathy Peterson. Together John and Kathy enjoy travel and family time, with a highlight on sharing their love of beautiful Naples with clients new and old.
